Items you really need with a baby?

My baby days are behind me, Lottie is a proper little human now but I still get sent messages and asked all the time what my recommendations are for baby products which of course I am more than happy to answer. I have been there and done it 3 times, I like to think over the years I have come to know what we actually need for our babies and what we have just for the sake of having it or because the advert on TV told us we needed it. Firstly of corse the essentials like clothing, nappies (cloth…

Discovering Baby Jogger

Last week we attended an event in London show casing the rather lovely range of pushchairs available from Baby Jogger. I am a push chair fiend, Lottie is in the stroller stage now she loves to walk everywhere but at certain times we still need it for her to have a rest, take a nap and more importantly load up with the everyday essentials three young children need! Poking about the Baby Jogger range was great fun the girls were happy jumping in so we could give them all a thorough test drive around the room.   Here’s Lottie modelling…

5 Brilliant Unisex Baby Presents Parents will Love

When the parents keep the sex of the baby a secret, it all builds to the anticipation of the birth which is great but when it comes to getting a gift, things can get tricky. Do you go with your gut instinct or when you overheard the mum-to-be saying ‘I have a feeling it’s a girl…I just know it’. The limited edition Tiny Tears doll is beautiful as you can see I love the pretty pink sparkly dress. Just like the traditional doll you can feed her water from her bottle and then put her on the potty to wet,…

Moving on from co-sleeping

Lottie’s sleeping pattern is awful! And yes it is all my own fault – from birth Lottie has been fed, rocked and cuddled to sleep every single day. She has always Co-slept with me, at the beginning it was fine we were establishng feeding and getting used to having a new born again – I made my excuses, I enjoyed the cuddles! Then she got harder and harder to settle we’re now at a stage where she’s 10 months old still co-sleeping and come 10-11pm each night I have one wide awake baby who wants to play when I’m desperate to sleep…
