Oxygen FreeJumping – Southampton

A couple of weeks ago the girls and I headed down to Oxygen FreeJumping in Southampton, after seeing so many snaps of people in these amazing indoor trampolining venues we just had to go down to our closest one and check it out.

After we put on our special jumping socks and watched a quick demo video about safety we headed out into the park and got our bounce on.

We went to the under 5’s sessions that they have each week days 10-12am and weekends 10-11am, it’s great that they have different sessions for different ages it means the little ones have confidence to jump without fear of being trampled by a big old 11 year old, my girls were straight in and loved every minute.

On first impressions the place is much bigger than I expected with different sections as well as the main trampolines there is an obstacle corse,  a giant air bag (which is amazing), dodgeball courts and even a free running section.

The giant airbag was the biggest hit with the girls, especially when I jumped on and everyone flew up in the air (literally) before getting stuck down the sides and needing rescuing. I don’t think we’ve all laughed so much in a long time.

Our hour session was up wayyyy to quickly we had such a great time the girls have been requesting to go back ever since and we 100% will – the under 5’s  little O’s sessions are only £5 per hour so it’s really great value for money, it gets us all moving and exercising in the most fun way possible.
