Held in Southsea, Portsmouth, Victorious Festival is the UK’s Biggest Metropolitan festival and is the perfect place to relax by the seaside, enjoy some great food and of course, jam to your favourite artists. The festival, which first began in 2013, has gone from strength to strength and is becoming more popular each year, with 2019 being arguably the best line up yet, here’s why you need to spend August Bank Holiday at Victorious Festival. The Line-up Victorious Festival has never held back when it comes to their line-up and this year, they’re making no exceptions. Victorious boasts sets from…

A day at a spa is one well spent. FACT. A day at a spa catching up with some friend’s you haven’t seen for months – EVEN BETTER. That is exactly what I did a few weeks ago at the Solent Hotel & Spa in Fareham. We were invited to spend the day in the spa, to find out what they have to offer from food options, to treatments. As a busy mum of three I pretty much am always in need of a spa day so this was just blissful! I arrived at the spa for 10am and was…

The world exclusive LEGO® brick dinosaur event BRICKOSAURS! is currently at Marwell Zoo, the girls and I were invited down to check it out and we had the best day out we’ve had in a longggg time. I hadn’t been to Marwell Zoo since I was a child myself, it was a well over due visit and a first for my daughters. Marwell Zoo is situation in Hampshire which isn’t too far for us at all. It’s really well sign posted on the way down the M25 which is always a good help! We arrived early, the zoo wasn’t open until…

I love traveling, visiting new countries, exploring the cities and getting a feel for their culture is incredible. I want my daughters to experience regular travel whether that’s in the UK or abroad, I think it’s amazing for children to experience and they learn so much with every trip we take. A girly night out is often all you need to unwind, forget all the day to day stresses and have a little bit of a giggle. When BH2 invited myself, Emma and Katie down to go for dinner and have a little game of crazy golf it felt like the perfect opportunity to go and have a child free catch up with two of my favourite local bloggers! We started off in The Real Greek, as you have probably already guessed a greek restaurant. The Real Greek instantly makes you feel as though you have been transported to the…

A lovely bank holiday weekend has come to an end! How gorgeous was the sunshine, it was so so gorgeous. Needless to say as soon as we’ve gone back to work and school the rain clouds have returned – always the way! But I still have the fond memories from a pretty perfect long sunny weekend. On Sunday we went to Kingston Lacy, one of our favourite National Trust spots to do their cadburys easter egg hunt, have a walk and a picnic on the front lawn. It was such a lovely morning and as per usual I took a…

It feels like such a long time ago that we took a long weekend family trip in Cornwall. So much has been going on in the mean time it feels like a distant memory – in reality it was only a few weeks ago that we were exploring the gorgeous seaside town of St.Ives. St.Ives is one of my favourite places in Cornwall, there is just something about the quirky little town that I love. We’ve been a few times in the past but this time we were staying at the John Fowler holiday park, roughly a 10 minute drive…
