Yesterday was such a lovely day, we didn’t have anything planned so we decided to go for a wander down to Poole park. Friday we had our end of term play group party! I had previously said I would make some cakes so on Friday morning when I remembered (sh*t) I had to think of something I could make fast that I already had the ingredients for lurking in the cupboards. We went for Fairy cakes with butter cream icing so here’s the easy peasy recipe we use for some yummy cakes! Library Visit

We love going to our local library in this house, we tend to go every Tuesday afternoon on the way back from picking Maisy up from nursery. When people think library they think just reading a couple of books and then heading home but my library (Hamworthy, Poole) is excellent for children it has a big kids section loads of bean bags and bits for them to jump about on, a dressing up section so they can really get into story time dressing up as their favourite characters, puzzles, colouring and its all brightly coloured even the book cases are actually tunnels…

  Yesterday afternoon me and Bella found ourselves with nothing to do, a rare moment when we were both feeling a little bit bored.
