Park Fun

Park Fun

Yesterday was such a lovely day, we didn’t have anything planned so we decided to go for a wander down to Poole park. Its a bit of a walk from our house Maisy’s such a good little walker now she’s been demoted from the push chair, but even i was feeling the heat yesterday so we decided to stop off in another little park on the way to get some much needed shade and have our lunch. We’d not been to park before (green road park) but it was really nice all new and lots for them to do. Maisy found a friend from nursery – this kid has more friends than me everywhere we go she’s bumping into people she knows! So she was happy running round with him.

Have to share with you my lunch! it was soooooo good I’m trying to eat healthier as i said in my last post about getting myself motivated its feta and butternut squash salad from Tesco but I’m going to have a go at making it myself!

After the short pit stop turned into an hour and half in the park we finally moved on to Poole park to feed the ducks as intended.
Poole parks great theirs actually two parks, one better suited to younger children and one is more for the older ones. There’s also a café, soft play centre – The Ark, an ice cream parlour, tennis courts, a bowling green, mini golf, mini train ride and ice skating and more.

Are day was brilliant no arguing no tantrums just me an my girls being silly and having lots of fun, impromptu days out always end up the best.
