Handwriting With Stabilo

My daughters love to write. As soon as Maisy started school and was coming home telling us all about her hand writing all of them started taking a keen interest. Now Bella has also started school it has only escalated. They will all sit to the table drawing pictures and writing the stories to go with them. Lottie’s understandable is marks but she knows what she wants to write as she reads it all back to me after. Wintery Beach Walks

Once again I find myself miserable with a cold. I hadn’t’ been able to shake the last one from back in December, so to find myself feeling crappy again really isn’t the best. Being ill with children means you don’t really have the time to be ill at all. You dose up, you suck it up and you carry on with your day. Thursday’s are always Mummy and Lottie day’s. National Trust Adventures – Corfe Castle

This weekend we pulled on our welly boots and headed over to Corfe Castle for our next National Trust adventure we needed to burn off some of that never ending energy my girls seem to have and Corfe Castle won their vote. I used to visit Corfe every year as a little girl, my grandparents always rented a cottage for a few weeks and it was lovely but I hadn’t been back for years and had yet to take the girls. National Trust Adventures – Hinton Ampner

I officially became a national trust member a few weeks ago; something I never thought I would be. This year the girls and I have found ourselves out and about enjoying  walking, exploring and picnics a hell of a lot more it just made sense to get a national trust membership. There are so many great places nearby to us which we were going to and paying for regularly, having the membership just gives us the freedom to pop to the ones locally when ever we fancy but it’s also made me think about setting our sights a little further…

A look back at 2016…

We are well into 2017 now; I have had such a lovely little break just enjoying some time with the girls. Today is the first time I have actually opened the laptop up in about a week!!
