A day in the life of a 16 month old

Yonks ago (about 10 months ago) I wrote a  day in the life of a toddler post for Bella today I thought I’d share with you Lottie’s day in the life .. the typical day of my 16 month old. 5:00am: I’m awake and I’m not sodding happy my big sisters are awake, being loud and have woken me up I’m going to whine and shout until mummy comes to get me. 5:10am: Mummy’s taken me in her bed, again I’m not sodding happy she’s making shushing noises at me in hope I doze with her – think I’ll just…

You have to of been hidden under a rock if you’ve missed all the media coverage on childhood obesity – it’s scary. On the whole I do like to think my girls eat a pretty good…

Helping your shy child feel more confident

Anybody who know’s Bella well won’t believe I’m writing this they’ll know her as a little ball of energy with that super cheeky smile, at home when she has her partner in crime (Maisy) she can be a little terror – up to all sorts. Take her out of her comfort zone, without Maisy she turns into a different child, very shy, not all that engaging with other children and so so quiet. When Maisy started nursery in September I really noticed a difference in Bella, we went to play groups that she’d usually be happy to run off and…
