You may have spotted a recent post I wrote as part of the Tesco eat happy project when the girls and I got busy cooking along and making some delicious falafels. We had so much fun making these the girls just love getting involved with cooking so when we we’re asked if we would like to try some of their autumnal recipes we jumped at the chance.
We have been making some delicious Autumn Muffins – full of lots of goodness for the little ones and also really tasty.
Ready to bake.
We followed the really simple step by step instructions available on the website to create our muffins and it was so easy.
Lots of measuring, peeling and mixing going on!
Fab effort by my girls – not too much mess, well maybe a little but that’s half the fun (and why I love hard wood flooring)
And here they are hot from the oven, the mixture of rains and apple in these cakes made my whole kitchen smell incredible.
They make a perfect snack for the kids (and grown ups too!)

Disclaimer: this is a collaborative post, I was sent the ingredients for this recipe and reimbursed for my time.

You’ve got some serious bakers there Amy!! My two love baking and string but most of all the like to lick the bowl. I sometimes think that’s the only reason they want to help. This does sound like a great recipe and pretty healthy too. Win, win! xx
