On Friday I discovered that after weeks and weeks of feeling up and down in my health that I am actually not going insane and I am not a hypochondriac who see’s every cold as a death sentence. Potentially the longest January to date has now come to an end! People go one of two ways in January; they either embrace it, love it, go for dry Jan, throw themselves into resolutions or they do January blues.
