Tis the season to feel autumnal tralalalala. Halloween is almost upon us, so the girls and I took a trip down to the pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkins. Oh January how I haven’t missed you. It’s such a hard month to get into the swing of. Christmas and new year now feels a distant memory but I’m not yet ready to admit everything’s ‘back to normal’. After spending a good few months pondering on whether or not I should join the National Trust nearly two years into our membership I am not sure why I ever debated it. Finally getting around to writing up our third and final day of Camp Bestival. Day three was by far our busiest day of them all. We woke up to the sun beaming down on us FINALLY so we needed to get out and make the most of it. Kingston Lacy is definitely my most local National Trust spot. Being less than a half hour drive we do visit regularly, it’s such a great picnic spot and so beautiful all year round. The weekend just gone started out cloudy but warm so we packed up a picnic and headed on down for some fresh air and flower spotting. It went from being a warmish cloudy day to a baking hot day so quickly! What’s nice about Kingston Lacy is there is so much outdoor space but also so many shady spots too.
