As a busy mum of four, breakfast time can be hectic. That’s why I’m a huge fan of overnight oats – they’re quick, easy, and perfect for prepping ahead. I often make a big batch to last a few days, which means one less thing to think about in the mornings.
And since Reese’s are one of my favourite little indulgences, I couldn’t resist creating this delicious Reese’s Peanut Butter Overnight Oats recipe. It’s rich, chocolatey, nutty, and just the right amount of indulgent – all while still being a filling and nutritious breakfast.

What are overnight oats?
Overnight oats are exactly what the name suggests: oats that are soaked overnight in liquid (usually milk or yoghurt) until they’re soft, creamy, and ready to eat.
They’re the no-fuss alternative to porridge – all the benefits of a hearty oat breakfast, but without having to stand at the hob in the morning. Simply mix, chill, and enjoy
he Best Oats for Overnight Oats
Through lots of experimenting, I’ve found that rolled oats work best for overnight oats. They absorb liquid beautifully, giving a thick, creamy texture.
They’re also inexpensive and can easily be bought in bulk, making them perfect for busy families.
Don’t love the texture of whole oats? Blitz them in a blender first to create a smoother consistency before soaking.
