Getting a good night sleep

Do you ever really realise the importance of a good night sleep until it starts being taken away from you? I know I didn’t, I have always loved my sleep but I took it for granted. When I was in my teens I slept way too much – there is definitely such a thing as having too much sleep, it made me lazy. When I had my girls I saw what it actually meant to feel exhausted the 3am feeds were physically painful and the 5am wake up calls are horrendous. As the girls have gotten older they do sleep…
