Splash Pools After School

Last week saw some lovely sunshine beaming down on us on the South coast, with my girls all being off to school or nursery during the week nowadays I find myself missing out on just going off and doing fun spontaneous things with them. So with that in mind we decided to be impulsive and Wednesday after school we quickly ran home grabbed our swimming stuff and headed for the splash pool.

I made a little video of our trip.

I have been trying to get out and have a lot more water fun with the girls recently due to our ambassadorship with Huggies® Little Swimmers® for there Get Set Splash campaign and I have really enjoyed it! Seeing Lottie’s confidence grow in the water over the last couple of months has been brilliant she went from being afraid to get her toes wet to splashing around like a little maniac and loving it!

Little Swimmers® are the no.1 UK swim pant which won’t come as a surprise to anyone who has used them due to their expert design they won’t leak or expand in the water meaning little ones can have just as much fun in the water confident there will be no leaks or accidents.

The exclusive new designs that have been launched ahead of the release of Pixar’s new ‘Finding Dory’ film are perfect for children they get so excited to spot their favourite characters.

Well it sounds like Lottie’s doing well with her water confidence, great news that it’s building up as the months go on. Loving the Finding Dory design, that’s so cute. xx

We have a splash park nearby us which is great fun. It’s good that your little girl is getting confident in water.

I do miss the lovely weather as its just rain rain here. My girls love the water too but I struggle to take them all swimming on my own as my husband works away in the week. Boo!

This splash pool looks great! Nothing like doing something on the spur of the moment too, we might as well enjoy our small slice of British sunshine!! xx

Weeeeeee!!! Seeing these pics has got me feeling SO excited for our holiday!!! We don’t have splash-pools where we live — you’re SO lucky, living on the coast — so I’m really looking forward to taking the boys in the swimming pools and in the sea when we’re away!!!! Need to stock up on swim nappies too — I bet they cost a fortune to buy them abroad!!!! 🙂 xx

The splash pool looks like fun. We have one here in Cardiff but it is currently being completely rebuilt as it was so old. Due to open any day now! I just hope we have the weather to make the most of it! We love Huggies Little Swimmers too. We’ve used them with all three of our kids x

So cute! I was a ‘water baby’ as a child and I’m so glad that my girls seem to love the water too. We got through quite a few pairs of Huggies Little Swimmers for Tin Box Baby during our recent holiday 🙂 #mycapturedmoment

Ah bless her, its fab to see them enjoy the water, and I used to love Huggies little swimmers, I always had a spare couple in our travel bag and never ever trusted other brands x

Love that her confidence is growing. She’ll be a pro in no time. My 6 y/o amazes us now after two terms of lessons. She loves water now too.
