Snowflake brownie’s with Gousto

The girls have been getting busy in the kitchen this weekend creating some delicious chocolate orange brownies for us to enjoy. We were sent the Gousto snowflake brownie box which has been designed especially for children to create this christmas. Everything we needed was included in the kit even the baking tray and lining paper, all we had to add was an egg and a little butter. My Girls: November

Maisy (4 years 11 months) Maisy had her first school disco this month, which was really exciting for her and it seems like a big milestone for me as I had to drop her off and leave her – I wasn’t quite sure how she would be but she had a great time and had a huge smile when I picked her up. Pumpkin picking

On Monday the girls and I headed off to Sopley Farm in Christchurch for bit of pumpkin picking. This is the first time I have ever been to a pumpkin patch I didn’t even realise there was one in Dorset until I started seeing some photos pop up on friends Instagram’s. They all got stuck straight in finding the best pumpkins,…

Bed time is some nights an hour earlier than usual – mind you I’m not complaining my longer evenings are a god send when trying to keep on top of work but she really needs this week off just to…

Calling it a lodge doesn’t really do it justice, if I am honest it was a little house really – full central heating the lot.  Saturday morning arrived and Maisy, my little early riser thought 4:40am was the best time to get up. I disagreed but the excitement was too much for her so it was a very early start for us. Luckily we had the great selection of toys and…
