Avon Heath Country Park

Yesterday we went to Avon heath country park for a picnic and some fresh air. I haven’t been here since I was tiny, I vaguely remember coming on Sunday afternoon’s for a little play, I have photos of me somewhere about 4 years old with blonde pigtails climbing up the play equipment. Summer Breeze On The Quay

I always say how much I love where I live and I really do it’s lovely to visit new places and travel but there really is no place like home – Poole is where I was brought up and it is where my children will be raised. Making Day’s Out Better With Cake

Last week me and my friend decided to take the kids up to Kingston Lacy for the day, for those that don’t know Kingston Lacy is a National Trust attraction the stunning country mansion is surrounded by the most beautiful grounds and gardens – this was the first time I’d ever been the sun was shining picnic’s we’re packed we we’re looking forward to a lovely day. Monkey World

A few weeks back we were kindly sent a family pass for Monkey World the Ape rescue centre. This week we finally found the time to go and have a family afternoon out, we have been once before but at the time the children were a little to young for it however this time they were so excited to go and visit the monkeys!  For anyone who’s not heard of Monkey world it is is a 65 acre park in the Dorset countryside.
