Upbeat Protein Challenge

Beaches and Birthdays My Captured Moment #6

Yesterday our little Lottie turned one whole year old! We spent the morning celebrating at home with some pressies and a little cake after lunch just us – it was lovely. Health & Fitness challenge #2

Do others opinions really matter?

My whole life I have been a real over thinker, I sit and let the same thoughts go round and round in my head getting myself worked up and one of the biggest thoughts and concerns is always what will other people think.
