Turkey and red lentil Curry

Today I’m sharing the recipe for a scrummy and healthy Turkey and red lentil curry. I needed a quick dinner the other night using up some turkey breast and throw this all together and it actually turned out really well! My whole life I have been a real over thinker, I sit and let the same thoughts go round and round in my head getting myself worked up and one of the biggest thoughts and concerns is always what will other people think. What I’m Reading

About a month or so ago it dawned on me I hadn’t read a proper book (you know with paper and everything) for almost a year!
