Beach & Bikes

It’s easy to take what is right  on your doorstep for granted. We are lucky enough to live a stones throw away from one of the nicest beaches in the country and yet we can go weeks, even months without visiting. The Weekly – Our Half Term

Last week was more or less radio silence over here; sorry but we ended up having a ram packed half term so not a great deal of time for blogging! Hello February

We did it! We made it through what felt like the longest month ever. I started writing after Lottie was born so it seemed almost irrelevant to go back but when I think back now to six years ago, the day I met my blue eye’d girl it’s already turning into a blur. Of corse I’ll never forget the day, how could you but the details aren’t as fresh…

In the summer we make the most of the long bright evenings, we sit in the park, dine alfresco or go on walks because I love to be outside. I don’t know why I don’t make more of it in the winter. We’ve started after school beach walks at least once a week, it’s…
