A Girls Holiday & The Mum Guilt..

I read a post today on the Huffington post. By the title I knew it wasn’t a wise read – Why Was I Shamed For Having A Girlie Mini-Break Without My Kids? written by Luisa Zissman (did the apprentice a few years back). I knew it wasn’t a wise read because on Saturday I am doing just this; going on a girls holiday and leaving my children at home. As we edge closer to the big day the mum guilt has started to hit me. National Trust Adventures – Kingston Lacy

Kingston Lacy is definitely my most local National Trust spot. Being less than a half hour drive we do visit regularly, it’s such a great picnic spot and so beautiful all year round. The weekend just gone started out cloudy but warm so we packed up a picnic and headed on down for some fresh air and flower spotting. Savvy Gift Idea’s This Father’s Day

Father’s Day is very almost upon us! Is it just me or does it feel like there is always a birthday/event going on. Just when I recover from one another pops up! Productivity will be seriously high without my little distractions but I will miss these days so much. We took ourselves for an early morning last week, I took a bunch of photos and I just really wanted to post them. My cheeky little girl…

It wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine; babies are well babies. A baby is born and instantly it becomes the biggest thing in your life, they need so much care, love and attention and the only way they can communicate their needs is through crying. It leaves us parents playing the guessing…
