Thursday is always a Mummy and Lottie day in our household; with the girls both busy at school I try to make sure we get outside and do something fun together. It’s becoming so real that next year Lottie will be getting ready to start school and I will be spending all my week days alone! Productivity will be seriously high without my little distractions but I will miss these days so much. We took ourselves for an early morning last week, I took a bunch of photos and I just really wanted to post them. My cheeky little girl…
Last week I was invited down to the launch of a new Bournemouth restaurant – no.34. When the invitation arrived with the promise of a three course dinner cooked by a Michelin star chef the little foodie inside of me squealed with delight! I took one of my best friends with me and off we went for a little date night. No.34 is situated inside the Orchid Hotel, the interiors are gorgeous. As I mentioned above I have changed…
From time to time I try and remember the days before Paw Patrol, the days when I didn’t spend my time humming the theme song or rounding up my children by saying ‘to the lookout pups’. It’s been so long that the show has been in our lives I really can’t quite remember a time without it. Maisy was the first to show an interest closely followed by Bella and most recently Lottie has found a love for chase and the gang. It’s one of those tv shows I really don’t mind them watching either, as far as kids shows…
The baby days seem so far away from me now, it was well over 6 years ago now that I was sat having those all too precious new born snuggles with my first born – I miss those days when I just used to lose hours staring into those big green eyes. It wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine; babies are well babies. A baby is born and instantly it becomes the biggest thing in your life, they need so much care, love and attention and the only way they can communicate their needs is through crying. It leaves us parents playing the guessing…
