This post will be short and sweet – Christmas 2018 has probably been my favourite to date. It’s been slow paced; full of food, laughs and family fun. I have loved it. Life has been so busy this year so the time off work and school has been so precious. I didn’t take many photos this year, I made a real conscious effort to be in the moment with the family, the few I did get I love! We made the most of this mild dry weather and headed for some scoots and bike rides when we weren’t busy with…
It’s fair to say I have had my share of minor car blunders since I hit the road 5 years ago. From locking the keys inside the car to flat tyres on the school run, I have been left a little red faced more than once. I would be lying if I said I had a vast knowledge in car maintenance I tend to leave it to someone else and when it does go all wrong I call my dad. In fact I have a 8 year and 2 week year old because I am ridiculously late in writing this post, I didn’t want it to pass by completely unmentioned though. The truth is this time of year is so busy getting online at the moment seems impossible. But alas here I am tapping away during my lunch break to talk about my big girls special day! It was a great day for us all; for…

I have my eldest daughters birthday on the 9th so I don’t put up the tree until after that but this year I couldn’t help but get a few little Christmasy touches up around the house. I am so happy with how it’s all looking. I’ve teamed up with Wayfair to talk about this years hottest Christmas decor trends of 2018, for me ‘into the woods’ is a firm favourite.…
