Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in various cultures for medicinal and health purposes. Because of their antidepressant, stimulating, detoxifying, antibacterial, antiviral and calming properties, essential oils have again recently gained popularity as a natural, safe and cost-effective therapy for a number of health concerns.
It’s something I to have recently taken an interest in and have been loving learning more about the different oils and what they are used for.
