Lottie 11 month update

Yesterday Lottie turned 11 months!  Thats right in only one short month we will be celebrating her first birthday, and I am yet to formally a range anything! Children will change you

Having children changes things – fact!  Pre children payday would arrive and come lunch break(I couldn’t even wait untill after work or the weekend) I’d be hitting the shops picking up that new dress that I NEEDED soo badly for a night out. Moving on from co-sleeping

Lottie’s sleeping pattern is awful! And yes it is all my own fault – from birth Lottie has been fed, rocked and cuddled to sleep every single day. Making Changes

One of my resolutions this year was to get back into my fitness and start eating healthier. My relationship with food is very up and down I have a particularly sweet tooth and chocolate is my weak spot oh and not to mention crips with dip!
