Lottie loves to dance, if she hears some music she can’t help but get her groove on – we are all the same so it must run in the family!
When we were asked to review the Fisher-Price Bright Beats Learnin’ Lights Dance Mat I knew instantly she would have great fun with it. The mat was set to go on arrival just stick BeatBo in and its ready it also comes with batteries – every parents dream right?
The Fisher-Price Bright Beats Learnin’ Lights Dance Mat is aimed at children 9-36 months, it is perfect for those sitting, standing, walking and especially dancing. Lottie is 2 and a half now so at the later stage with the mat, she loves chasing the lights round and following the pattern it makes. I can see why the younger children would be just amazed with it as they can sit and watch all the colours it really will help with the co-ordination, colour recognition and just generally keeping them entertained.
Whats great is there are two ways to play; the move and play mode which starts the learning fun by interacting with BeatBo, they press any of the 4 light-up buttons on the base to interact and light up the mat and then the dance and learn mode which with fun phrases encourages the little ones to move and dance to different areas around the mat. Having two different modes works great for the different age ranges.
All the girls have had a lot of fun playing with this even Maisy and Bella get involved when Lottie’s having a groove. I only wish she had it when she was younger it would have been a god send to stick her on it when I was trying to steal 10 minutes to prep dinner or hop in the shower.
Fisher-Price Bright Beats Learnin’ Lights Dance Mat RRP’s at £39.99 and would make a great christmas present this year for your little movers!
